For email: Options, what works, what doesn't?

Why?

Email marketing campaigns today often use traditional email templates that are designed for a desktop computer. While email continues to be an effective way to reach customers, the continued growth of mobile computing requires companies to address their customer's use of smartphones and tablets to view email campaigns.

The solution is to create responsive emails that can be viewed cleanly both on a desktop and on a mobile device. T-Mark's responsive email designs do just that.

Responsive emails work much the same as a responsive website, when a page is viewed on a device with a small window or viewport, the page is resized and the components on the page are re-arranged and optimized.

The tech behind it

By using media queries, part of the latest CSS technology, the inline HTML styles created for the desktop are overwritten with new CSS styles when a smaller viewport is detected by the email page. Attribute selectors target specific classes within the HTML and allow for the inline styles to be changed.

This leads to a better mobile email experience for your customers who often experience the frustration of trying to view a poorly designed email on their smartphones.
